What We Do

At FPM, we guide our clients through a  personalized journey to discover and achieve specific goals considered either “Active” (Red) or “Restorative” (Blue). These goals are part of our client continuum, which includes Restoration, Mobility, Fitness, and Performance phases. Our systematic approach takes clients through a comprehensive cycle, reducing the risk of injury, establishing a strong foundation, and ensuring sustained results.

Many clients begin by addressing concerns that may disrupting daily life, focusing on restoration to correct issues hindering progress. We then move on to Mobility, targeting tissues and joints for adaptation and control. Fitness training follows, enhancing strength and work capacity to elevate readiness and resilience. With improved fitness, clients transition to performance-based training, where we hone skills related to mindset, mastery, and achieving a state of flow. Our progression ensures a balanced and effective path to success.

What We Offer

FPM offers a range of  comprehensive training options to support individuals on their health and fitness journeys. Our services include One-on-One Training Sessions, Group Training, Self-Mastery Coaching, and Stretching and Tissue Release Sessions. These sessions are led by our dedicated Health and Fitness Coach, ensuring personalized guidance and support.

We understand the importance of flexibility in your health and fitness efforts, which is why our training is accessible in multiple formats. You can choose between in-person, online, or a hybrid approach based on your preferences and schedule. Whether you prefer the energy of a group setting, the focused attention of one-on-one sessions, or the self-paced nature of online coaching, we have an option to meet your needs.

55min Private Session (1-2 people)

Fitness and Longevity Training. Experience a 100% personalized program and say farewell to concerns about what to do next. Wether it’s Performance, Fitness, Mobility, or Recovery based; your coach will tailor each workout and To-Do within your program precisely to match your needs, providing you with thorough monitoring and hands-on attention. 

Group Training

55 Minute Small Group Session (3-6 people)

Boost your motivation and tap into the collective energy of a group to keep your momentum going. Our trainers customize the type and intensity of each exercise to match your skill level, ensuring you feel secure and confident about maintaining proper form. Join a RED group for fitness or a BLUE group for restoration.

ONLINE COURSES

Self-Paced Programming

Our online courses, meticulously designed to complement your training sessions, can seamlessly integrate with personal training or serve as standalone programs, providing the adaptability you need for your individual fitness journey. These carefully curated courses elevate your recovery, mobility, fitness, and performance, guiding you toward your personal vision of Future Proof living. A subscription grants you full access to all FPM materials and resources, empowering you to take control of your wellness journey.

MASTERY & BIOFEEDBACK TRAINING

55 minute Private Session (Individual)

Down regulate stress and increase your resilience. Your coach will guide you towards your optimal Heart Rate Variability, Breathing Frequency and Coherence to help you start recovering better from stress immediately. Discover Self-Mastery through breath work and Biofeedback training, improving your health and the quality and longevity of your life.

Stretching and Tissue Release

30-60 minute Private Session

Hands-on stretching, tissue release, and instruction for better pain management, prehabilitation and injury rehabilitation. During this session, your practitioner will take your body through active and passive stretching and compression, leading to improved joint range of motion, circulation, and mobility. Achieve better resilience and restoration in your health and fitness!
