We have extensive experience working with individuals at every stage of their fitness journey, from beginners, to those stuck with nagging injury, to seasoned fitness enthusiasts.

Jesse Hermreck
Jesse Hermreck Health and Fitness Coach
Jesse started Future Proof Movement with the continued desire to impact others and evolve the Health and Fitness Industry. He believes “Personal exploration starts with our physical universe, and our bodies are the gift and starting point of that exploration”. Jesse creates results for clients using smart movements, motivations, and strategies. Raised in rural Kansas by a Sheriff and Artist, accountability and creativity have heavily contributed to Jesse’s success in the fitness industry, of which outside of his service in the U.S. Military, he has spent his entire professional career (over 20 years).

Jesse believes that deep listening, observation, and servant leadership are essential to the Client-Goal success continuum. Utilizing Future Proof Movement methods Jesse uncovers opportunities in Rehab, Mobility, Fitness, and Performance and leads clients to develop those opportunities into strengths. Jesse holds many certifications: Multiple CPT’s, FRC Mobility Specialist, FMS Movement Specialist, TRX, and more.

Personally: “Moving well, often, and for a longtime feels essential to my passion; being a good human, husband, and dad, while staying connected to the natural world.
